To set up the hardware for your HP Officejet 2622 printer, unpack and prepare the in-box supplies. • Open the box and remove the setup poster user guide, and other reference materials. • Remove the printer cord and USB cable • Remove the printer from the box. • Remove all plastics and blue tape from around the printer. • Open the output tray and the ink cartridges access the door. • Inside the ink cartridge access area, remove all tape and packing materials. • Now connect the power cord to the printer and press the power button to turn on the printer. • Now connect the cartridges to the printer. • Now printer recognizes the setup cartridges and prepares the printer with the new ink. • Lift the input tray to raise it to its locked position. • Slide the paper width guide to its outermost position, and load the paper.
